    It came packaged well and instructions are simple. The only issues that don’t allow me to rate a 5 star is the locking mechanism to allow / stop the wand from extracting isn’t the best. Even when locked the wand wants to shorten when any type of pressure is applied and secondly the “tip brush” was cut very poorly. Outside of that the product seems to work well and those problems can be looked over.
