Though I have yet to use this, I appreciate the company reaching out to me when my item was going to be shipped/delivered later than originally intended, pushing back the delivery date. From the initially unboxing, everything is there and looks to be in good quality. I also like how the brush heads are not all wrapped in individual packages because that is a little nonsensical. The small info brochure is also very informative and gives all necessary information needed. i am excited to get the spin brush fully charged so I can use it for some cleaning. I recently had knee surgery and would rather refrain from being down on the floor scrubbing if I can avoid it; this was the reasoning behind my purchase too. Until I use product I’ll give 4 stars for customer service and how everything looks.
