    Package came with all the parts and partially charged which was great! However, the pole IS NOT retractable or telescoping. The part is stuck in the tube and nothing will make it come out. The clasp is loosened as the instructions say to telescope it and retract. This means I still have to bend over to scrub which makes this little better than getting down on my hands and knees to scrubbed.
